Welcome to this weekly round-up of the Facts4EU output over the last week. Please don’t forward to Michael Heseltine – he might choke on his cornflakes!

We shall be publishing this summary of our output every Sunday so you can catch up with any of our reports that you have missed – please share them with your friends and people that follow you on social media.

We do our best to have a mix of positive news based on facts and original research of our own, as well as something we think important that has been ignored by the (generally) Rejoiner mainstream media.

Observations

Another week in the long month of January and we are still playing catch-up with all the good news that was published in December but was missed – intentionally or otherwise – by the mainstream media. We’ll settle for the distractions of Christmas getting in the way – but we will not let the good news be forgotten.

So we make no apologies for digging up these various reports and giving them the exposure they deserve – the rankings about opportunities for young people, the investment in the Tech industries of the future – and the performance of the economy compared to the G7.

Then there are all the problems of the NI Protocol – that readers will be well versed with – but we bring you new insights, such as the intervention by M&S, and the impact on internal British trade such as the sale of seed potatoes from the GB mainland to Northern Ireland. We shall not let this issue rest.

And then there is another bullet dodged – such as the taxes on fuel for the aviation and maritime sectors that the elites will of course (yet again!) not pay. But it should not be OUR worry any more. (Unless our Government stupidly copies the plan!)

We urge you to share these good news stories and timely reminders of how much worse it might have been. Yes, it could be worse – we could still be in the EU.

January can be a tough month for many people...

January is a long month and of course it follows the festive season, with all the extra costs most of us incur at that time. Unfortunately we still find ourselves having to battle for a true Brexit, despite the festivities, and this hard work comes at a cost.

We are a 'not for profit' team (we make a loss) and any donation you might make goes towards the actual work, not plush London offices, lunch or taxi expenses, or other luxuries of some organisations.

Going into 2022 we badly need more of our thousands of readers to donate. Could this be you, today? Maybe you've been thinking about it, but just haven't got around to doing it? If so, let us reassure you. It's quick and easy and we use two highly secure payment providers. And we do NOT ask you for further donations if you donate once - we just hope that you keep supporting us. Your donation stays anonymous unless you tell us otherwise.

Please don't assume that other people will keep us going - we don't receive enough to survive and we need your help today. Could you help us?

Most of our readers are well-informed and appreciate our fact-based articles, presented in a way you won't see anywhere else. If you value reports like the one above, please help our work with a donation. We have far more to do in researching, publishing, campaigning and lobbying Parliament than we have in terms of the financial resources to fulfil these tasks. We badly need funding to continue - we rely 100% on public donations from readers like you.

If you believe in a fully-free, independent, and sovereign United Kingdom, please make a donation now. It’s quick, secure, and confidential, and you can use one of the links below or you can use our Donations page here. You will receive a personal, friendly ‘thank you’ from a member of our team within 24 hours. Thank you for reading this.
